8 Desserts You Won’t Believe Are Actually Healthy

1. Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

This is a vegan version of ice cream, using coconut milk sweetened with maple syrup. You don’t have to be a vegan to appreciate this.

2. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

We’ve all done it — risked a stomachache by eating raw cookie dough. But with this recipe, you don’t have to worry about getting sick, as there are no raw eggs. It also uses honey in place of much of the sugar.

3. Raspberry Mocha Smoothie

This well-rounded dessert smoothie offers a little bit of everything: fruit, protein and even chocolate (for the antioxidants, of course).

4. Heavenly Rich Dark Chocolate Torte

A generous amount of good-quality dark chocolate makes this cake beautifully moist and rich.

5. White Chocolate Italian Custard

Indulge in white chocolate Italian custard. You can also garnish with white or milk chocolate curls, blueberries, sliced strawberries, mango or kiwi fruit.
